Let’s get planning. Having carried out in-depth risk analysis, experts from One Team ESM will begin to compile detailed, coherent security policies and procedures. These are designed to mitigate all of the risks identified and will form a comprehensive record of plans demonstrating appropriate measures have been taken.
During the planning phase, one of our qualified Event Safety Manager’s will also liaise with third parties such as contractors. They’ll ensure appropriate permission is given (where necessary) and arrangements are made with local authorities such as the council and police.
Whether it’s a festival, concert, sporting event or agricultural show, our experts at One Team ESM factor a crisis management plan into every single event safety strategy. Although unlikely to come to this, it is an essential contingency plan. We’ll envisage a number of emergency situations and prepare appropriate responses for each one. They will also sign off the various areas and structures onsite inline with government health and safety regulations. If this occurred, a highly-experienced, qualified member of our staff would immediately look to act upon crisis management plans established and signed off during the planning phase.

Event Debrief
